Still KPOV

"Ms. Gates...." I heard the doctor say.
"Yeah?" I heard the tone of her voice, she was in pain.
"Do you feel like you can go home and stay comfortable?" I heard him continue. I was stressing to hear everything from outside the closed door. Everyone had went home but TK, Rachel (Staals woman), and myself. Everyone else was on standby.
"Yeah, I think so. How long do I have to keep this crap on my wrists?"
"About a week. They need to be changed every day, and kept dry. If you have any problems or question, I will leave my contact info for you. I need to see you for a follow up in about 3 days. Seems like you have a following outside waiting for you. I know you'll be in great hands." The door opened so TK and I backed off.
"Well guys, she can go home. I want her to rest. She'll need a lot of help while the wounds heal. She'll need to follow up with me in a few days." He smiled at us. "She is set to go home."
"Thanks doc." I said. I didn't want to try to pronounce big words right now, my accent would get in the way too much. I just wanted to get her and get out of there.

"Ugh! Come on Kris! I can walk!" I said annoyed as he carried me to his loft.
"You might be able to walk, but I don't want you to fall and reopen those." He said looking at the bandages.
"Kristopher Sheldon Letang put me DOWN!" I was getting more annoyed than ever because of the mediction.
"NO!" He replied. I saw a flash of anger in his eye and dropped it.
Once we got inside, I saw Sarah, Mischa, Rachel, Cooke, and his wife.
"Wow....you'd think I died or something." I said with a yawn.
"Well! You need us here to help you out! Kelsey said she'd be here after she got off work too. AJ is going to stay with Mrs. Malkin until you start to feel better." Rachel said looking at me with pleading eyes, "Besides, you have to have someone help you pee!" She laughed.
I rolled my eyes in response.
"Did anyone get the hard copy of the music video?" I asked looking around.
"Sid said he'd pick it up later today. The producer had to work with the final shot." Sarah replied, thinking how gross that scene really turned out to be.
There was a knock at the door.
"I'll get it." Cooke said getting up from the couch he was sitting on.
We walked down the hallway to the door. I heard the door open and could only make out half the conversation.
"No, I don't think that's a good idea." I heard Cooke say, "No, she is fine. She's resting. She doesn't ned stress right now Geno."
"Oh God!" I said outloud.
"What baby? You okay?" Kris said jumping up. This caused every head in the room to turn and look at them.
"I'm fine. WHAT?!" I said looking at them.
""Baby?" Rachel choked out.
"Yeah, we are together. Fine! Everybody happy now?!" I asked.
"Woah! Since when! Why wasn't I clued in on this?" Mischa said looking a little hurt.
"Since TB." I replied matter of factly.
"Olay everybody, I hate doing this to you but Heather needs rest. You guys can come back later." Kris replied stepping in to nip the drama in the butt.
With a lot of moans and groans everyone left.
"Thanks baby." Ireplied yawning again. Damn pain meds.
"Anything for you." He said, kissing my forehead. "You hungry?"
"Sorta. I wanted to tell you something though...." I was hoping he would let me get it out this time.
"Wait a minute. What do you want to eat? Chinese? Sushi? Perogies? Tacos?"
"KRIS!" I yelled.
"WHAT!?" He yelled back.
He wouldn't listen so I had to show him. He looked at me with panic in his eyes as I walked to him.
"I said I needed to tell you something now twice and you've weezeled your way out, you aren't this time!"
"What is it then?" He asked licking his lips.
"I..." -ring ring- The phone started to ring. "Ignore it."I responded.
"But..." He started to say.
"No buts! Listen to me....." I rested my arms on his shoulders. "Look at me.
"What?" He asked in a gentle voice this time. He looked at me with those eyes that made me melt.
"I love you. I need you. I want you." I said.
"I....I love you too." He replied kissing me so softly.
